Processing Time
We try our best to process all orders placed through Floofball.com within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. If there is a processing delay for whatever reason, you will be notified via email. -
Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier volume. -
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $40+ purchased through Floofball.com.Orders under $40 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout. -
International Shipping
Floofball ships internationally via DHL to most DHL-serviced markets. International fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
We don’t currently offer returns — but we do stand firmly behind every Floofball product.
If you or your pup aren’t completely happy with your purchase made through Floofball.com, you’re covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
That means you can reach out within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hassle, no hard feelings.
We’ll simply ask for your order number, reason for refund, and a photo of what you purchased.
From there, we’ll process your refund and encourage you to donate your product to your favorite animal shelter or donate your refund instead ❤️
