At Floofball, we do our best to get your order from our pitch to your pup as quickly as possible!
Here’s what you can expect:

Processing Time
We try our best to process all orders within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. If there is a processing delay for whatever reason, you will be notified via email. -
Delivery Time
Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days once shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier volume. -
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders $35+.Orders under $35 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout. -
International Shipping
Floofball ships internationally via DHL to most DHL-serviced markets. International fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Returns
We don’t currently offer returns — but we do stand firmly behind every Floofball product.
If you or your pup aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you’re covered by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
That means you can reach out within 30 days of delivery for a refund—no hassle, no hard feelings.
We’ll simply ask for your order number, reason for refund, and a photo of what you purchased.
From there, we’ll process your refund and encourage you to donate your product to your favorite animal shelter or donate your refund instead ❤️
