What it Means

If you or your pup aren’t completely satisfied with your Floofball purchase, we’ll make it right.

Simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll issue a full refund—no hassle, no hard feelings.

To request a refund, please email info@floofball.com with your order number, a brief note explaining the issue, and a photo of the product you received.

Once reviewed, we’ll process your refund right away and encourage you to donate your product to your favorite animal shelter or rescue, or if you prefer, donate your refund amount to support one.

A Note on Plush Toy Playtime

We want Floofball toys to bring joy for as long as possible — but it’s important to remember that all plush toys (even premium, double-stitched, squeaky ones!) experience normal wear and tear over time, especially with heavy chewers or enthusiastic play.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to support genuine issues with product quality or satisfaction — and we kindly ask that this policy be used respectably and reasonably to help us continue offering fair, honest service for every customer and pup in the Floofball family.
