When will my order ship?

U.S. orders ship from Atlanta, GA via USPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

International orders ship via DHL and usually arrive within 10–14 business days (depending on destination and customs).

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $35.

Orders under that threshold will see standard USPS rates calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Floofball ships internationally via DHL to most DHL-serviced markets.

Our plush toys are made with premium fleece, double stitching, and an internal squeaker for extra fun. Most toys also coe with a hidden mesh layer for added durability.

Our bandanas are crafted from a lightweight, breathable poly-cotton blend — designed to be soft, comfy, and vibrant wash after wash.

What size ball should I get for my pup?

We offer different sizes across our collections so every pup can find their perfect match!

Our ChewSA, Colombia, México, Miami, and Atlanta Chewnited collections come in Small (4.5") and Large (7.5") — ideal for pups who like to play big or keep things bite-sized.

The rest of our collections come in a Medium (5") size, which is suitable for most breeds and perfect for everyday play.
